We are located in beautiful Idaho Falls, Idaho. Our sales and service territory covers Idaho, Montana, and the Northwest quarter of Wyoming.
We provide service to a multitude of industries including:

Our facility can handle lathe work, milling, custom machining, custom fabricating, tubing and shafting, retrofit parts, and custom welding. We maintain a large inventory of parts and accessories, and we're prepared to put it all to work for you!

Our History
Service is the history behind PumpTech Company.
PumpTech Company, Inc. began in 1980 as the Idaho Falls, Idaho branch office of Aurora Pump Company. Barry Cazier opened the office to cover three principle markets: Eastern Idaho, Western Wyoming, and Montana areas.
At the time, PumpTech stayed very busy in the ag market. Product lines consisted mainly of vertical turbines, end-suction and in-line split case pumps.
The fledgling company began with exactly two people manning sales, machinery, delivery, service, parts, inventory, book-keeping, and management. The facility had a machine shop consisting of one lathe and a cutoff saw. Hard work, honesty, integrity, and dependable loyalty built the company. Sales remained steady in a rapidly declining market.
Major farm expansion had come to an end in the 1970's and what was left was repair and replacement business.
In 1986 Barry purchased the branch office from Aurora Pump and changed the name to PumpTech Company, Inc. Then he changed the strategy away from the "bread-and-butter" ag business. The changing marketplace could no longer support that type of business. As the market changed, so too PumpTech changed.
PumpTech sought after and obtained other quality suppliers to broaden the product base. Salespeople were hired to take these products to market. As growth continued, PumpTech Company expanded with a sales office located in the Boise, Idaho area. Machine shop and repair facilities expanded to handle the additional work and the buildings were modernized to accommodate the latest technology. Shop and office employees were factory trained to offer the best service, provided at a local level.
PumpTech is unique in that we are not just another sales office. We provide factory service and repair, right in our local facility, for most of the products we sell. We have the design expertise to help during the design and concept of the project. We also have the talent and shop facility to install the product and provide repair and warranty work when required.
Today, PumpTech Company, Inc. is a major distributor for 18 quality product lines. The company has kept its focus in the pumping industry by selling only products that stay within the pump-related field. Agriculture is still a part of the market mix but, commercial, industrial, municipal, and specialty markets are also served.
